Watercolor Demo Oct. 14, 3 pm
at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center

On October 14, Dan Gravereaux, ASOG's new Co-President, will demonstrate the essentials of creating great watercolor paintings at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center (EGCC), 90 Harding Rd, Old Greenwich. The demo will begin at 3pm. Dan will discuss and demo various watercolor techniques, such as wet-on-wet and dry-brush. He will also cover the principles of good design, color harmony, and specific effects such as how to show distance in a landscape painting. Don't miss what promises to be a lively and informative event!

Dan studied with watercolor artist George Sutherland, and has since become an award-winning artist. He has shown his artwork in several group and individual exhibits. He is currently a member of ASOG's Wednesday Painters group at the EGCC.
